Outlook on life... -Focus on dealing with stress effectively: Take a close look at the things that you find stressful... -Avoid anger -Learn to switch off for set times during the day. Find things you like doing that are relaxing. Perhaps you may want to try meditation. Evidence has shown that this is a great health promoter.
